Dave's background consists of sales, marketing, financial and executive management experience. He was in the Hospitality industry for many of those years with Coto De Caza Golf and Racquet Club, The Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa and as a General Manager, District and Regional VP with Equinox, Fitness International, LLC and was President & CEO of a public company. Dave transitioned from Southern California to Williamson County, Tennessee, drawn to living on acreage, local eateries, and a peaceful lifestyle.

Through his experience in Nashville’s competitive real estate market, his clients have appreciated his business and competitive background that allows him to successfully negotiate for and guide them along the home buying or selling process with a unique professional perspective. Dave has a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Education. He was a Pitcher at California State University Long Beach, played in the College World Series and then played Professional Baseball before moving into the business world.
