Her and her husband went above and beyond to show me a number of homes that would work as investment properties and, more importantly, to make me feel as though we've known each other for years! Kristi was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, helpful and readily available. Knowing how quickly properties are selling we asked Kristi to do a video showing for us. She completed the showing in a timely and professional manner. She recommended that if we liked the house we should make an offer immediately which we were able to do with her help. After the offer was presented and accepted Kristi helped coordinate needed inspections and was present to admit vendors and available for any questions they had. The sellers had ordered new windows which were not installed before time of purchase due to long lead time for window orders.
